Bobby Waldrup is a Business Development Executive for Chicago Title Kansas City, serving agents and lenders across both the Kansas and Missouri markets. He brings more than 10 years of sales leadership experience across real estate, insurance, and advertising, including a role helping launch Compass into the Kansas City market as part of one of the company's fastest-growing expansion markets in its history. Bobby joined Chicago Title in 2026.
Bobby holds a Title Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License, a Life, Health, and Annuities License in both Kansas and Missouri. He is an active member of KCRAR, the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce, the Independence Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas City Young Professional Network, and the University of Missouri Alumni Association. He is a Tom Ferry Coaching member and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and cheering on his Kansas City teams.
